Executive Director TG31 Mission in Motion Foundation, Inc.
Felicia Goodson is the proud mother of NFL athlete Tyler Goodson and serves as the Executive Director of the TG31 Mission in Motion Foundation. A graduate of Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business Management.
In her leadership role, Felicia oversees the strategic direction and daily operations of the foundation, working to empower youth and uplift communities through mentorship, service, and opportunity. She also serves as the Business Manager for TG31 Global—Tyler Goodson’s for-profit business entity—where she helps execute his entrepreneurial and philanthropic vision across various ventures.
Felicia is the proud mother of three sons—Tyler, Taylor, and Tavien Goodson—who each embody the values of service, determination, and faith. She is also a devoted dog mom to her beloved fur baby, Nala.
A Breast Cancer survivor, Felicia is a passionate advocate for breast cancer research and support. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her sons play football and perform on stage, reading a good book, and spending quality time with family.
For Felicia, service is not just something she does—it’s who she is. Her faith fuels her mission to give back and create lasting impact.

Maurice Goodson is a dedicated leader, visionary entrepreneur, and proud father. A graduate of Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
As the Founder and CEO of 3T Technology Solutions, Maurice leads a thriving software engineering firm that has served major clients such as American Express, Capital One, United Airlines, DirecTV, Tapestry, Coach, Kate Spade, and the U.S. Treasury. With over two decades of experience, he brings deep expertise in technology, innovation, and problem-solving to both the private sector and nonprofit space.
In his role as Board Chair of TG31 Mission in Motion Foundation, Inc., Maurice provides strategic guidance and visionary leadership to further the foundation’s mission of empowering youth through mentorship, education, health, and community outreach. His passion for service is rooted in a lifelong belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive and succeed.
Maurice is also the proud father of Tyler, Taylor, and Tavien Goodson. He finds great joy in supporting his sons' diverse talents in athletics, music, and entertainment. Outside of his professional and philanthropic commitments, Maurice enjoys quality time with family and exploring the ever-evolving world of technology.

Our Story
TG31 Mission in Motion was launched in 2023 as a heartfelt response to a calling rooted in faith, family, and service. Founded by professional athlete Tyler Goodson and led by Executive Director Felicia Goodson, the organization was born out of a desire to give back to the communities that shaped their journey.
Inspired by Tyler’s servant heart and lifelong commitment to helping others, TG31 Mission in Motion was created to empower youth and families through mentorship, athletics, education, and acts of service. From free youth football camps and back-to-school drives to health initiatives and holiday outreach, every project reflects our belief that service is more than an action—it’s a way of life.

Rooted in faith and fueled by compassion, we are committed to helping young people realize their full potential—both on and off the field.
Through year-round programming, including youth camps, literacy drives, wellness initiatives, and outreach events, we aim to inspire confidence, build character, and create pathways to success. By surrounding youth with positive role models and meaningful opportunities, we foster a generation of leaders equipped to serve their communities and shape a brighter future.
